PPH Withdrawal Pending

Been waiting 3 days now for my funds to be released. I've spoken to customer service representative, who was less than helpful. Have done everything that is required, but still showing as pending.

Can this be fixed ASAP please, completely unacceptable to be waiting this long with a promise of 1 day!

  I am sorry for the inconvenience. I have had a look at your account and can see this has been marked as solved, however I understand that this case has not been solved. Therefore I have opened up the ticket again for you to get this looked at again.

  I have the same issue,

  I have receive two payments an hour apart, but only the other payment came through and the other however is pending, I have had waited a bit and still pending .....
  its been 5 days now, from 14 April - 20 April
