On 9th April I requested a payment withdrawal from my PPH account and it still hasn't been deposited into my PayPal account.

My PPH screen says that it is pending. Any ideas why this hasn't been transferred yet?

  I have had a reply that says they need some identification to verify who I am. Which is fine, but when I reply to email with the details, the email just bounces straight back.

  Help??!!
