Paypal shows pending and I can't process a withdrawal.

I need to withdraw the money I have but I was surprised that I can't because I need to send documentation about my paypal when no one notified me via email or something. Now I'm stuck waiting for you guys to review the document I sent when I was able to successfully withdrew my money without any issues and inconvenience.
