Buyer not releasing the funds.

Hello everyone, i am Projjal Khisa. Recently i got an order for one of my hourlie. It was an scraping job. The buyer told me that there might be 50,000 data available in the site. So we both agreed to an amount for 50,000 data. I requested and sent a proposal to deposit the agreed amount to escrow and the buyer also accepted that and have deposited the amount to escrow. So when i scraped the site for every possible search results i got over 1,20,000 results and scraped all of them and sent the scraped document to my buyer. I have also raised invoiced for the agreed amount. I haven't even charged him for the extra 70,000 data. So he checked the file and told me that some data were missing. I told him that it's not possible to get all the data and the site was scraped 97% & i have already provided data more than the agreed amount. So he told me that he cannot accept & release the funds until he get's all the data. After that he doesn't reply to any of my messages. So now i have some questions:
1. What should i do now? Should i scrape and try to get the 100% of the site? Please do note that i have already provided more data than the agreed (i have already provided him 1,20,000 data for the price of 50,000 data).
2. Will i get paid for the invoice i have raised? If yes then when? I know that if the buyer don't response to the invoice then the funds will automatically be released after 7 days. But 7 days is already passed and i haven't received the funds yet.
