PPH to respond within 1 working day
In the PPH terms and conditions, sellers must respond to buyers within 1 working day, or they could be subject to a refund. Why don't PPH introduce these terms to themselves?
Lately, I have noticed a ton of complaints that the PPH team are not getting back to them for days. This causes problems to the business and also shines a bad light on PPH itself. This is probably PPH's downfall; after all, it is a hugely popular site, with a ton of great elements. The customer service (or lack thereof) lets it down.
So, why don't PPH have to respond to their customers within one working day, or their sellers can request a refund of their fees! How about that?
I think that they simply just need more staff to help out and be more proactive. I know that "Kelly" is writing a lot on here, but actually, I'm sorry Kelly, you have rarely answered a question, but just "opened tickets" or gave a vague answer. I have been trying to help lately because I feel that more should help others if they know the answer.
It is a community site so it would be good if more and more could chip in to help each other, but PPH definitely needs to get a better set of Customer Service solutions going on.

We have been experiencing a high influx in customer service requests which has been the reason why we have been slower than usual to respond, but we do aim to reply to all requests within 1 working day.
