Ease of use

I used the site for the first time this week and the number of respondents and the quality of work was excellent. However, I find the site really hard to navigate and it is difficult to easily understand the status of jobs.

I also noticed that sometimes there is a banner on the top of the screen that I can't shift and blocks the view of other functions.

I am also not sure how or if you can create a buyer only profile? I intend to be a buyer only, but I couldn't see a way to create that profile without providing seller information about myself.

If you can make the site more user friendly that would be really great.

In relation to your question regarding buyer only accounts, we do not differentiate between buyers and sellers in terms of accounts. Every user has the same type of account.
