how much time it will take for application approved

My question is not how long will it take for my application to be approved but rather how can I get it approved quickly? I have already waited a few weeks (after being told I'll need to wait a few days) and upon returning to the site expecting to be able to start work, I am faced with the same message. Please sort this problem out or tell me what I'm doing wrong. Thank you!
