Money missing from my account

PPH is not responding to my request and marking it as solved without checking, I have my account balance mixed up and money missing, this happened because of negative GBP balance, while I tried pay the dispute fee, the system showed available Euro funds as GBP so I tried to pay from these but nothing , I tried this many times , later I found that there money missing.
PPH is not responding , like this is impossible to happen and like if the system is flawless.

thank you very much for coming back to me.
The issue you are mentioning is one we are well aware of.
Allow me to explain what happened, as well as the reason behind this negative balance.
I can see that our payments department has reversed an invoice which should have been paid.
I do see that in the meantime and while we were doing that, the withdrawal was successfully processed, and as such the funds are on their way to your bank account.
Of course, as this was not intended, and as the work has not been completed, we have made sure to place the funds back into the Escrow for you to earn exactly as is provided for by our terms and conditions, once the work has been completed.
As the funds you have received were not properly processed, and it was an error that this withdrawal went through, we have made sure to correct this by amending the account balance to reflect the withdrawal which should not have happened.
As you right now have funds in your bank account that should not have been paid out, you may deposit them back to PPH for us to amend the balance, or you may earn them by having the work completed and the balance will be corrected as per normal.
Either way, this balance will be zero'd out once the work has been completed, and once the invoice has been paid.

I deposited back the amount via Paypal and the negative GBP balance was fixed.

I am really going to have a heart attack, for the Nth time I am not Talking about the negative GBP balance, I am talking about my EURO EURO EURO EURO account !!!! EURO account, my GBP negative balance was fixed by Paypal deposit , I have problem with EURO BALANCE,
NOTHING TO DO WITH THE NEGATIVE BALANCE !!!

See attached , you can see the deposit and the balance was zeroed by Paypal deposit ,Now forget about the GBP negative balance it's old now !!!
