Can't respond to clarification board

I have posted a job a few days ago that has 7 questions on the clarification board and it's not giving me the option to respond. I am aware that usually when someone posts on the clarification board the message is supposed to go directly into your inbox/workstream, but the problem is the messages have not been delivered to my inbox...so how on earth do I respond? I can't respond on the board itself and I can't respond in my inbox since the messages are not there, so I am at a loss here. Please if anyone has any ideas or solutions or whether this is a reported bug? Let me know..
