HELP - A paypal account statement showing...How to get it?

Hi guys,
Could anyone show me how to get a paypal account statement showing your PayPal registered name, email address and verification status along with any relevant transactions.

When signing in Paypal, yes the verified status is right there, but there's no email address displayed. When you click on profile to show the email address and your name, the verified status would not appear on the same page.

What I'm trying to say is since all the required information (verified status, my full name and email )does not appear on one same page of Paypal website, so it's not impossible to snapshot all of them.

Are there any specific steps I can follow to get the right document PeoplePerHour requires?

  Hello, I have the same problem. I withdrew funds in my PayPal account until now, why you want this "A PayPal account statement showing your PayPal registered name, email address and verification status along with any relevant transactions"

  Where I can found this info to deliver it  onj PPH?
