I am not getting any Reply from Support since 2 weeks

Hi all,

I am posting this in utmost tension that i couldnt get any single reply from support from last 2 weeks,
i send them bundle of mails and lot of requests to solve my issues but they didnt give me any single reply.

moreover whenever i submit the request the status of the request is opened and prioirty is set to high but withing 2 minutes when i refresh the page the status shows as "Closed"

I am getting issues when i tried to transfer money from pph wallet to any of my lined paypal or payoneer account, the transaction couldnt be completed and the money back to my wallet,

i am in need of getting money but how can i meet it,
please if anyone knows about where the support team goes what they are doing, please tell me
