Withdrawal Request NOT RECORDED and PPH Support not replying

I just did a withdrawal from my PPH Wallet, the money was removed from my PPH wallet, BUT I DID NOT HAVE ANY NOTIFICATION OF THE WITHDRAWAL REQUEST IN THE TRANSACTION LIST.

PLEASE HELP. Where has money gone ??
