Hi I bought a hourly from a seller and had to get refunded due to them not reliving the job. They have refunded me and its now in my PPH account but is there a way to leave a review on the sellers profile.

  We currently do not have the ability for buyers to leave feedback for a seller after they have received a refund.

  No, you cannot leave feedback, unless you pay invoice.

  uhm, this is a very common thing in the freelance world, a freelancer that won't deliver, or buyer who wants to torture a freelancer, nothing new her , and no need to be *ervert here.
