I am not able to withdraw funds from PPH

Dear PPH,
I am not able to withdraw money from my account to my credit card, why is this happening? please I need this money that I worked hard for, this is my money, please? Why is this happening, when I finally received my cards I canno't even charge them?
Why please?
Please help me, I want to buy somethig with this momeny, please PPH release my momey, please :'(

  You need to verify you ID first
  Go https://www.peopleperhour.com/settings/payments , upload the required documents .

  The only card you can withdraw to is Payoneer, are you using it ?

  Hi,
  I upladed the documents now, also the cards are brand new from payoneer, i have not used them yet as all my funds is on pph i need to withdraw from pph first before being able to use the cards to shop from the net.

  OK and what is the problem exactly when you try to withdraw money to your Payoneer card ?

  Raise invoice first, once money is in your account balance you can withdraw it
