Invoice paid without my consent while job was incomplete

Manjeet K Alias Lunis has not done the work properly, while I was waiting for final design - I found that invoice is showing as paid which is not done by me.

SO I want either final designs OR my money back - I am still ready for payment though he is not a good supplier. (At least I am not satisfied with those design and I have to submit my own design for styling - Still he delayed a lot).

PPH also doesn't have any refund option if escrow balance is zero. SO please remove that handicap also.

  Invoice is auto paid within 7-15 days, it's enough to review work , pay or reject invoice , but it remains a loophole for some people.

  Anyway try to contact your freelancer and ask him to fix your designs , may be for a little extra fee, you can also leave review (feedback)

  The same story happened to me as seller (with a narcissistic pervert buyer), my invoice was auto-paid but the buyer asked PPH to reverse the payment (pretending the job was incomplete) although I withdrew the money, PPH moved the money resulting in a negative account balance, and after 3 rejected refunds, they split the money 50-50.

  I think lot of text is missing in the terms page.
