i cant raise an invoice

I send a proposal and the buyer accept it and deposit 30 dollars to the escrow. I attached the documents and send it to him, then i tried to raise an invoice but when i try to put the price it appears the no symbol. What can i do?

  Unfortunately I haven't been able to replicate the same issue by trying to do the same thing on the site. We request you to try again using different browsers after clearing the cache, if the issue still persists please get back to us with a screenshot of the error.

  Merina , in the same workstream above the text box you find the raise invoice button.
