Immediate email notification for Workstream messages

    They actually changed this recently, because people complained they were getting too many notification emails! So, they send them out in bulks, every 20 mins. This was a recent change (improvement!)

    I agree, immediate notifications are an absolute must. This is the reason I'd like the app back so we could get live notifications.

    Please give an option where user can choose whether he needs immediate or cumulative notifications.
    Also please provide a good Android application.

    I have recently not received any email notifications at all for new work, despite having workstreams in progress. For example, a client purchased an hourlie and I did not receive an email to notify me that this had happened. I don't want to have to check PPH on the off chance that I have messages. The first I knew of the hourlie was when I received an email from PPH to let me know that it become overdue. Thankfully this same client and I had been communicating via a previous open workstream (for which I had been receiving emails!), so I had raised a proposal for this new piece of work via this and invoiced him in the same way when this was done. However, having then got two amounts held in escrow for the same piece of work, I refunded the amount held in the hourlie escrow, but am worried that this will have negatively affected my rating, as it will register as a cancelled job - which it is not. The work was completed, only under another workstream number and the client was very happy with what was provided. anyone had a similar experience or advice to share?
