I turned down an Hourlie. What else do I need to do?
A customer bought an Hourlie from me and I do not feel the job is appropriate for me as I do not have the skills.
How do I issue a refund to this customer for the money he spent on this Hourlie?

Either ask you client to send refund request from workstream, or issue it yourself from the same workstream , above the text box - on the right "more" TAB > issue refund, enter amount and put the reason.
