does your payment team doing their investigation fair and right?
Answeredyour payment team ont do their investigation fair and right.Im a victim of their poor services and delaying tactics.Middle of May 2016 before i accepted any job I already submitted all my proof of identities since Im using my muslim here at pph and all my identifications are under my philippine name(my birth name).I have submitted also govt ID that shows that my muslim name and Philippine name with phil passport# is just one person.I submitted this batch of identifications and other proofs twice or thrice already.Then today,got another rejection and investigation from payment team,which was very unclear to me.Now asking me to submit my paypal profile.I requested to transfer my payments to my payoneer account not to paypal.Does your payment team really knows how to evaluate and investigate?or this is just a delaying tactics of pph?
To expediate your investigation,I removed my paypal account and I retained my Payoneer Account.Whats next?what will be your another reason for holding my money?.Yesterday they said payment team not available to transfer money,then today got this message..Check it out if really have sense.Heres the message..a copy paste message fof your payment team,sending it to me without checking it out if they are making sense.::Dear Nor karen,
