Moderation of clarification questions

I have been advised that there is a software bug which causes my clarification questions to have to go through moderation. I have checked with another seller on this site and he is not moderated.

Why does PPH lie to me?

Treating different sellers differently may be a breach of UK terms of business law.

PPH support please clarify.

Any other sellers feel the same way as me?

    Hi Barney,

    Many thanks for your message. At the moment all clarification questions are going through a moderation process, however, recently we had a bug which mean't that all clarification questions were declined. I'm sorry if you feel this is happening only to you and not to other sellers. I can assure you this is not the case.

    No they are not lying to you similar bug happened a while ago and all question where automatically declined for a lot of members, I don't know if it is still happening.

    Barney, same situation with me: my clarifications arriving on work's clarifications boards in 2-5 hrs. Or ever never. I've got multiple responses from support-team all about same for 3 months: "our developers works hardly!"

    Hi,

    I'm sorry but this has been going on for weeks.  I see many other questions published from other users of this site - but not mine.  This is starting to interfere with my chances of getting work on PPH.

    Be straight with me; if there is a reason why I'm under constant moderation I need to know.
