PayPal in pending status

I use my girl friends PayPal and hence have provided the documents necessary to validate it. I still see it being in the "pending" status. What should I do now? It's over 24 hours.

  Thank you for your message.

  Sorry about that. Though you both are partners, you're still not allowed to withdraw the funds as this account is an individual account registered on your name, so you need to upload accounts that belongs to you only.

  I believe PPH and Paypal names should match.
