  Thank you for your message.

  Please note that you have to provide a copy of a recent utility bill or statement showing your name and address (less than 3 months old) to verify your account. Hope this is clear.

  Afternoon Kelly,
  Iv done so, I had so many excuses from one of you team and all i needed to know was this information!
  I am shocked after uploading a bank statement and ID you need a bill as well its beyond a joke iv waited days for my money and had to raise this with you before i was told.
  If i hadn't it would have stayed the same forever!
  I am utterly shocked and after this project is finished i will not be using this site again. I am new here and its been nothing but hell!
  What a total waste of time yet you are quick to take the commission,
