    Hi Auther,

    Thank you for your message.
I'm very sorry to hear about this.
It's unfortunate to hear that you have been in this situation. Please note that we always request sellers never to start or deliver the work before their proposal is accepted in the workstream because PPH does not have the ability to compensate for the work done when funds are not available in the escrow. As such we may not be able to assist you in getting funds from the buyer.
In future, please make sure that your proposal was accepted in the workstream before you start the work for them.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused by this issue and hope you won't have similar experience in future.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Hello, you shouldn't start working or deliver anything , only when your proposal is accepted and escrow funds deposited.

If money is already in escrow , and you delivered work, you can raise invoice.

Better to read the entire terms page.

    hello PPH.

i finished a job and sent the finals files to him. I accepted a low pay for that job. Im a newbie here. I have funds in my escrow. but it says seller escrow is always inactive for 15 days now. The client wants a refund although I finished the job. it took me 8 hours to finish that. please help. I'm really upset about it.
