accurate invoice
As PPH add a charge for paying by card (even a debit) there is a discrepancy between what I've paid and what the invoice says, as the supplier doesn't quote the card fees on the invoice, how do I get an accurate invoice?

You haven't really answered the question or provided me with what I require. It seems you are asking me to print off two separate transaction fee invoices; when all you need to do is provide me with one invoice showing the £100 and the two transaction fees. Surely you are the one's I paid and should therefore provide me with one clear invoice covering all my fees.

I'm having this exact same problem. PPH don't seem to have a proper answer for this - or they simply can't be bothered to remedy the problem. Simply downloading transactions does NOT count as an invoice.
An invoice should show the EXACT same amount I was charged, including cost of any transaction fees.
