I am not able to withdraw money from my PPH account?

Hello,

I Just withdraw my money from PPH account and then they ask for id verification and i just upload my ID and internet bill but still not able to withdraw money and PPH still asking about the ID vitrification and i am still not able to withdraw money.

So please do something i need money urgently.
