Can't Update the Profile

I am unable to update my profile. It is asking my postal code. I provided the real one which is 1213 and it looks like you are not accepting it. What could I do now?

  Thank you for your message.
  I'm sorry to hear you're having this problem. We suggest that you update your profile to "REMOTE WORK ONLY", in order to save your profile details without entering the zip code.
