Problem: pending bank account
Hi,
I uploaded all requested documents from my bank account. I can not get paid because is "pending". How long does this process?

I have the same problem too! It only asked me for a bank statement. I uploaded the bank statement. But there was no message saying "thanks, we've got everything we need, we just need to verify it and it will take up to x hours/days".
Nor was there a message "thanks, but you also need to upload other documents".
On the Bank Account page it says pending, and it shows the uploaded document.
When I try to withdraw - I get the pop up warning: "
To help us verify your account and ensure complete security of your information we need you to send some identification documents. here"
VERY CONFUSING!
