INVOICE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER BUT FUNDS ARE IN ESCROW FROM 3 WORKING DAYS
I did a job for a client, I sent the job properly, the customer has accepted the bill and gave me good feedback. The invoice has been paid by the customer but funds are in escrow for 3 working days. I spoke with my client who is very angry about this situation. I should do other work with this client but if you PPH holds the money one week, to me is not good, it does not seem correct.

  Thank you for your message.

  Sorry to hear about this. I found that buyer has approved the invoice on Thursday and as you know we always request the users to allow us 3 working days (i.e. excluding Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays) to process the invoice from the time the buyer has approved the invoice. Please rest assured, your funds are safe and we will process your invoice as soon as possible.

  We know how important it is to get paid quickly so we process invoices as fast as possible. The majority of invoices get processed within a matter of minutes or at least just a few hours however some invoices undergo additional security checks so we always suggest that you allow for 3 working days to see the funds in your PPH wallet.

  As soon as the invoice has been approved and the funds are available in your PPH wallet you have the option of withdrawing them.

  I'm in the same boat, my payment is just sat as pending and I can't withdraw it. No one has replied to any of my seven e-mails since Friday morning. It's beyond a joke.

  After 4 working days, but the money sent by the client is still in escrow and not in the PPH wallet. I just correct one thing, that after many days the money is stuck without grounds, The 3 working days have elapsed .... The client paid me the 9/6 and today is the 14/6 ... I just have advise the client for the work I have done I have not been paid, inmodo he can call a lawyer and also I'll call 'a lawyer, I am in Italy and you are in UK, no problem. Certainly I not recommend it to anyone PPH
