why my seller application is not approved?

im getting this msg when i click on send proposal
You can't send a Proposal since your Seller Application is not approved

  Hi,

  Can any one help me, that i can't able to bid for any project.If I am clicking on any proposal its showing that "Your seller application is not approved".

  Is I need to improve any my profile or in any areas??
