Identification documents
I have been trying to withdraw funds and it says that I should ''verify your identity and ensure complete security of your information we need you to send some identification documents.''. I uploaded the images for my identification documents yesterday and still cannot withdraw the funds as it keep saying the same thing.
I would like some advice on how to withdraw funds without any more trouble.

I have had the same issue. First, my payment methods were not getting verified (even after submission of desired documents) but my identity was verified in hours. Now that my payment methods have verified (after writing to support), my identity got unverified and, even though, I have uploaded the required documents, it still gives me the same error. Any help from anyone will be much appreciated.

There is no email for support. How do you contact support? No phone, no address, no name.
I am unable to withdraw in spite of completing all formalities.
Is PPH a massive scam? Should it be reported to the authorities?
There is no open forum, no support emails, no phone numbers and everything is in the dark. How do you continue to work in such a platform?
Since I cannot withdraw, I donate the amount earned here to the poor people of horror who have made this scamming site. They need it more than I do.

Hi Rajen, what happened to you that you couldn't withdraw the money?
In my case I sent an email for customer support and they said it would take 3 working days to verify my documents. In the end I could withdraw my money and its already in my account. I don't think it's a massive scam. They just have a horrible service. Good luck -
Hi Carolina, thanks for your reply. Yes, I have done exactly as you have done, and the customer support was very prompt in replying. I will have to wait for three days and then I would be able to withdraw. Hopefully.
I don't think this is a massive scam. With 27+ years of freelancing experience, I would have smelled a scam a mile away. That statement was just intended to get enough notice so that my issue is resolved. And it worked.
But as long as the payment is not withdrawn, i still say it is poor people of horror or hell. Once I get my payment, they will become pricey people of heaven. See, how amazing it is that money can change a person's perceptions within seconds.
I am sure I will get the payment. If I were not sure, then I would not have joined this site at all. I am also sure I will stay on this site for a long, long, and long time. This site is excellently made, has an international crew, and provides very good gigs. As a freelancer, I highly recommend this site. In fact, I have forwarded the url of this site to several other freelancers. I am highly satisfied by this site. But after I receive the payment, I will say Job well done! instead of Job done!
Anyway, I apologize for my comment about the scamming, it was just a poke to get the desired response and nothing else. I vouch for the genuineness of this site. This site is 100% genuine. Thank you.
