I need an official invoice

Hi,

the invoices given by freelancers are not official invoices.
As there are freelancers, they have no VAT or company registration.

Therefore I can not use it for my company's accountings which is a problem as I need to justify the amount payed.

Can PPH create an official invoice?

    PPH is just a third party, you and the seller are the first two parties. If the Freelancer doesn't have any company registration, that just means he is an individual working for your project temporarily. You are paying the seller, not PPH. Thus, You cannot just force the third party to be the official party and ask them for official invoice.

    Dear Sir,

    My bank statement show you as beneficiary of the payment.
    PAYPAL *PEOPLEPERHO
    You are the one who charges our credit card which means what you are doing is illegal.

    It is the beneficiary of the payment who has to issue an Invoice and in that case it is you.
    After that you are supposed to keep your commission and pay the freelancer who must issue and invoice/receipt to you!

    A second illegal thing you do is that you do not apply any VAT on the receipt.
    As you know VATLESS receipt apply ONLY to registered companies in the VIES system.

    So please send us as soon as possible the invoices with your billing datas as we are going to have problems with the Greek and European tax offices .

    Unfortunately we will not provide any invoice, you can only download the invoices raised by your seller from your transactions page.

    I have an add-on query to this - the invoices from the seller's only show their fees.  However, the amount taken out of my bank account has added on amounts, which I assume is PPH's fee.

    How do I get an invoice showing the amount that PPH has added on (at the moment, my invoices do not match my debits from my bank account).

    Hi, I have the same problem. The invoice only shows the freelancer charge and not PPH fee. 

    PPH, we should have 2 invoices then: one from you and one from the free lancer. Otherwise, we can not do bank reconciliation PPH, what solution can you propose?

    I need an invoice for the full amount also.

    The freelancer has charged £200 and I can download the invoice for this amount.

    PPH has actually withdrawn £231.60 from my account. £10 for escrow and £11.60 as a payment processing fee.

    I need to account for this for accounting.

     

    COME ON PPH  - your system is incomplete!

    Hi all,

    I have found the invoices that I was looking for. In my case, the payment was for 89.70 GBP. This was split into 81.00 GBP to the supplier and 8.70 GBP to PPH.

    • Select your pic in the top right hand corner and select 'Payments'
    • Select transactions from the top menu
    • Click on the relevant invoice number (not just that line) and a PDF invoice will be shown

    I hope this is useful to you all.
