money withdraw problem

i have requested withdrawal of my founds on the 22nd july and money still not in my bank account, how long does it normally take and how long will i still have to wait?

  then its may be two reasons, first you have not verfied account or you have not provide the identity prove to the pph, for this contact pph support team directly. 

  and is it take 5 working days and it also depend on the country you live, it can go upto 7 working days. 

  kindly double check that you have provide your bank detail correct and also in setting you can find either your withdraw is approved or not.
