Withdraw Account status

I have added my paypal account before 15 days. Still it is not activated.
I have emailed a lot, but not proper answer is coming. I don't have contact number of them also.
What the hell is going on?

  We have been receiving an unexpectedly high amount of requests from our users. The processing is taking longer than usual because of an increase in verification documents we're having to verify. I have forwarded your documents to our payments team and hopefully your documents will be approved asap. I apologise for the inconvenience caused.
