PROBLEM WITH WITHDRAWING MY MONEY TO PAYPAL

Hi PPH,
What are now the updates regarding my concern on withdrawing my money to paypal? Your team advised me that I need to wait on monday, how about now it is already tuesday no update coming from you. Again I have tried several times within this day to withdraw my money to my paypal account but then I cannot get through.

Please do something regarding with this its been a week now.

  Hi Caroline,

  Many thanks for your message.

  The reason your account is not able to make the payment to your PayPal account is because it had failed one of our security checks, because the necessary documentation required had not been provided. Thank you for providing your ID card and PayPal screenshot, however we will also need something along the lines of proof of address. It can be anything like gas, water, electricity, phone, internet bill and needs to be under your name. Please let me know when you will be able to send this.
