    Although you are now the third different person from the help desk I am talking to , I will with the hope of a solution repeat the discussion

    The seller told us that the amount in escrow was not secured as a payment ..: they lied ... And they convinced me to make payments.

    They have taken money for five projects and delivered zero.

    In the first engagement mail between us we had agreed that there would be no payment until final delivery . When I reminded them of this they twisted my arm and said they would not upload until I paid

    I am now being sued by one of the clients for 48,000 usd because Netrategy has uploaded the wrong website to their live site and since uploading it 14 days ago has been making threats and verbal attacks against me and keep avoiding delivery

    Now they have outright disappeared

    I am shocked by this and really disappointed in pph . You have done absolutely nothing to protect the buyer or resolve the issue . You have not even attempted to threaten them or black list them

    I have shared the work stream with pph so they can read through this entire relationship

    What disgusts me the most is that although I gave them a very bad rating in very early days, my rating has disappeared from their page and nothing absolutely nothing has been done to at least make sure they don't do this to another client

    To the point that our attorney is convinced that some of them
    Must work for pph and that is why you are protecting their fraud and theft
