Hourlie not getting approved

HI,

I have been trying to post an hourlie for a couple days now and have made several changes but I keep getting the email saying it is not approved and to look at other examples. There is no specific detail as to why it is not approved. I cannot figure out what exactly the requirements are as my hourlie has all the information required and is similar to several examples.

  I have same problem, Please help me 

  I have 2 hourlie but not approved, always show need to edit, but what things need to edit I can not understand...
