PayPal Pending status

Hi,

I wanted to withdrawal my money to PayPal (usd and eur account). With USD part was everything ok, but with EUR it is saying PPH Account (Pending). I want to ask what is the problem? The difference in time was just 5 minutes when I pressed to withdrawal from usd and from eur account.

  Just Upload information to PPH about your PayPal account (make PayPal status from PENDING in APPROVED, in your Settings->Payments), upload your identification documents (National ID and one bill with your name and address). Thank you
