Confirm or Block endorsements or likes

I have over the years had people like various products or myself as a freelancer. However, my understanding is that it can be viewed by buyers that likes etc showing other Freelancers on another's profile.

Is it possible to have a "confirm" system/button on the receiver? I work in a profession that has both very high standards and a high threshold of professional conduct. I note that many of the constant "likes" come from overseas. They are from nations that have a reputation of individuals "calling with claims of faults with PC's, or, sending emails from the "sisters of the former Oil Minister" wanting to put £400m in my bank account.

I personally do not want to be linked in any way with several of those who clicked me either because they have no profile or reputation, or they have a low ranking.

Surely it should be a freelancers choice on who they are liked or endorsed by? Can there not be a system that allows the recipient to approve a like or endorsement?
