Payment not being released by PPH for hourlie unless seller authorises there account
So I had a customer who bought one of my hourlies.
I have tried to have the invoice paid 2 times and even although the client is accepting them PPH keep refusing them saying that the buyer needs to authorise there account with the Identification forms required.
This is the first time I have encountered this issue. & I highly doubt this is the first time I have had a buyer that hasn't fully verified there account by sending in the ID documents.
Why now has it became a problem?
Also on a side note my invoices take more than three days to process. I don;t think I have ever had an invoice in within the few hours stated. Is there a reason for this?
I have contact the support team about this but it feels like they don;t even read the support requests as I generally just get one answer to several questions.
Is this the future of things to come on this platform?
