    Hi. I have the same issue - waiting for my bank details and attached statement to be verified. I face having my account suspended as 6 months have passed since I signed up but until these last few days I've only bought services. I've completed 2 hourlies but can't invoice for them as I'm still waiting for my details to be verified. Please can you open up a ticket for me too.

    And why is my bank account still pending? I was told last week that the "payments team" would take care of it after the weekend. Which weekend?
