I Forgot the answer to my secret question how do i reset it or i can get my answer back

    Hi Kelly, please, open the same ticket for me too. I forgot the answer and now cannot see the history of payments and finally pay the translator.

    Please note that in order to reset your security question, you have to e-mail us a copy of a utility bill or driving license with your address on it.
