Emails notifications getting too late
It has been a long time now, but PPH is unable to resolve this matter. I have been requesting time and again that Emails are getting late, late, late... The buyers send us a message and we get it after 18 minutes in our Email. My ticket #542197 is relevant.
I know the emails notifications are sent in batches which is why they arrive very late in our Email inbox, but the essence of prompt communication with buyers is simply lost. Resultantly, we need to wait 18-20 min and when click to redirect on PPH, the buyer is either offline or away.
This is poor of PPH and it needs to be revamped immediately. Sellers should have the option either to select the type of email notifications settings or it should be across the board that sellers get immediate notifications of workstreams.
If we look at other freelancing websites, they send immediate notifications which arrives in seconds. This is a nightmare on PPH and needs an immediate fix and on TOP PRIORITY.
PPH, please take remedial actions and solve this matter asap.

Still not resolved and in my experience receiving an email notification in 18-20 minutes would be quick! I often receive them an hour after the message is sent and this has led to me losing out on work quite a few times. I have now resorted to obsessively checking the actual site every few minutes which is not conducive to a good working practice!
