    Thank you for your message.

    We have been receiving an unexpectedly high amount of requests from our users. The processing is taking longer than usual because of an increase in documents we're having to process. I have forwarded your documents to our payments team and hopefully they may approve on Monday, as our payments will not be available on weekends.

    Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

    I have the email to verify my account but when I click on the 'Verfy' button it takes me to an 'Oooops' page!
