Hi, I got a message from a buyer asking for a job to be done. But when i tried responding to his message, it showed like the current stream is blocked as it is moderated. Is there a way for me to respond him and to continue the chat? Please help me

  hello,

  i have accepted a job and now my messages are saying

   

  The specific Stream has been blocked because I need someone to turn my weebly site to a free classified ads site has been moderated.
