PPH charges me when the seller cancels... UNFAIR. Please stop doing this PPH!
I have been penalised again when the the seller cancelled the job - his problem - not me. I have again be charged for the privilege of a seller not being able to deliver (through no fault of mine). The seller then cancels. I get charged 10% fee.
Why does PPH do this and why don't they change this UNFAIR automatic practice?

Rest assured, I have notified my payments team about this refund fee, they will process it on Monday to your PPH wallet then you can use them on the site to find another seller who can finish your Job or withdraw them to your account.

Thank you for that. You have said that twice before. Why not look into each cancellation and make sure that you don't do this automatically each time - or enable the seller/buyer to say is cancelling and who is responsible for the cancellation charge to save the users and PPH time and money in the long run.... What do you think - good idea?
