Client not responding
Hi there,
I started working for a client on 2nd August and have even submitted half the work for them which they responded to and were pleased with. But ever since then he has not replied to me or not gotten in touch further about the project.
I have raised an invoive aswell to atleast receive my deposit. What should I do next?

Did you request for the full amount as the deposit? If the buyers does not get back in touch, the funds in escrow will be automatically released to you in 7 days for an Hourlie and 14 days for a job.

I had submitted my proposal to Navado on 1st Jan 2018 and it was accepted on 5th Jan 2018. Client deposited $12 for work and I initiated through workstream. To my surprise Navado didn't turn up till 19th Jan 2018. I asked Navado to get the deposit refunded if not interested but I got no response till date.
I also got notice from PPH twice or thrice that my rank will be affected if the money is not used for the job or got refunded. I requested Navado many times about this but Navado never responded. I also complained to PPH about this. but the situation is still same. I am also afraid about some mishappening to Navado.
Please help me and do the needful in this matter.
