Iam new here and I want to start sending my proposal but I see a note" YOU HAVE 15 Proposal credit available" 

what does this mean?

  Hi 

  if you are new then i recommend you to watch videos on youtube on peoplesperhour channel, they define each and every step in different videos from how to post hourlie to how to send proposal. 

  as for 15 proposal credit this mean you can only allowed to send 15 proposal in one month for additional credit you have to purchase extra connects to send proposal.
