It has been ages since I first signed up and still not able to send application. What is going on?

  In order to send a proposal you should first complete your Seller Application,

  I have completed my account information, the issue i am facing is my location is not updating [Islamabad, Pakistan] after submission when i go my profile the location is updated to default one.
