I have attached a scan of my Permanent Residency Identification issued by the UK Government that verifies my identity - it has been 3 days now since I have attached these documents and I am still unable to withdraw my funds.

 

When will I be able to withdraw?

  hello.

  we are trying to send payment to our freelance. money was already put on escrow, and we already received invoice for it. 

  but now, we are asked to scan identification documents.

  1. these documents are not in english

  2. why are these documents required? payment was already done, and more specifically, by credit card, and not bank transfer.

  I have misspelled the name of national ID card.
  But why not accept a scanned copy my national ID card
  Why can not withdraw my money.
  Would you please arrange for me to withdraw money

  Why are verification documents required when you are willing to receive the payment in the first place and the seller have released the funds?
