    hello.

    we are trying to send payment to our freelance. money was already put on escrow, and we already received invoice for it. 

    but now, we are asked to scan identification documents.

    1. these documents are not in english

    2. why are these documents required? payment was already done, and more specifically, by credit card, and not bank transfer.

    Why are verification documents required when you are willing to receive the payment in the first place and the seller have released the funds?
