Hundreds of unanswered topics, nobody getting paid, what exactly is the point of this help service? Maybe you should concentrate on keeping your sellers happy rather than trying to squeeze money out of us at every opportunity and then not answering any support queries. I uploaded all of the relevant documents a week ago and have still not had confirmation yet, seriously not good enough and this will be the last time I use PPH. Unprofessional, understaffed mess I'm afraid.

  it will be better to open a help ticket request and send your all request there, as this forum is for general question and ans and normally these are answered by other freelancers. if you need support team to contact you then contact them directly.
